Reports
Clarity from specimen to report.
Reports can include anatomical biopsy maps, representative histology images, and findings identified as inflammation, malignancy, or dysplasia. Cancer diagnoses are highlighted with “CANCER DETECTED”.
Available delivery options include the online report portal, color printing in the practice, EMR integration, fax, and standard mail. APS’s published GI service offers 24-hour turnaround.
Testing

Immunohistochemical stains, chromogenic in situ hybridization, and molecular pathology partner services support GI case evaluation. APS’s published services include Lynch syndrome screening for newly diagnosed colorectal cancers.
Molecular partner offerings include KRAS, BRAF, NRAS, PIK3CA, c-KIT, HER2 FISH, OncoDefender, and additional testing. Contact APS for the current test menu and specimen requirements.
